The Worldwide Tragedy of Murder Missiles In Public Space With Living Things.

Praying for the collapse of the Automobile-Petroleum Cabal from Cleveland, a city that may be the poster child for vehicular destruction resulting from its own innovations.
Nor can it really be solved by street design, unless that design has Bollards preventing their entry.

Cars can drive on anything. See it every day on common sidewalks.

"rust belt" really needs to be retired, though many folks in the water belt take perverse pride in the label and often are its worst culprits.

I'm speaking of the Great Lakes, where affordable living and climate change resiliency combine with cultural urban amenities for a viable future.

The world, both Right and Left, rich and poor, will respond forcefully by driving their cars faster and further.

There's no doubt in my mind that Trump's recent meeting with Prince Bonesaw was to assure gas price reduction coordinated with Putin.

There's really no hope, other than a crash of vehicle affordability.

This can also be preemptively subsidized for quite some time.

Americans will respond forcefully by driving their huge cars faster and further.

Surprised the author omitted any mention of "get out of the way" laws requiring cyclists to ride on the right side of the road allowing cars to pass them.

When these are eliminated, requiring bicycles to follow the same rules as motorized vehicles will carry a smidgen of legitimacy.

I still want to collect and display photos of all the dead, flattened animals I ride past every day, but I would get attacked and probably prosecuted for some inferred crime.

Having said all that, it would still generate more of a reaction than the 100 US Humans killed by the industry every day.

Public space is complicated!

Oh wait. I'm wrong. How could I forget the Cult of Personal Responsibility in the US?

“A human driver can be held accountable, can hop out, say sorry, can be tracked down by police if it’s a hit-and-run,” Ms. Fielder said in an interview. “Here, there is no one to hold accountable"
