Loved it. We really don't get earnest dramcoms like this anymore. It's not trying to be prestige (hell there's a few flatout 90s comedy moments in it!), but still there's a strong beauty in the way it's shot and acted.

So excited to see Don Hertzfeldt's Animation Mixtape this Saturday! Been a big fan of his since I was in like, 10th grade. I remember a teacher at a writing camp I was at showing me Rejected and I was hooked. This will be my first time seeing anything of his in a theater!

This one still goes hard, folks! If you loved Sinners earlier this year, this is 100% the precursor and I highly recommend you make it part of your spooky season line up! Billy Zane's best role, hands down.

This is the closest I've come to having a breakdown while playing a game. Last boss is absolutely sadistic, I feel like the odds of lasting long enough, post-continue are zero to none. I don't know if there's a harder game on the NES.
