I started using it a few weeks ago, and I discovered it was no hyperbole when people talked about how passive aggressive Duo is with study reminders. I literally got one five minutes after midnight. The day was momwnts fresh and it was already hounding me. I got another reminder while writing this.🙄

While looking over my finances at the end of last year, I realized how much I'd spent at Target. I figured it made sense to cave and finally get a Red card for the discount. I'd barely just gotten the card when Target started making clear they didn't want my business. Their loss.

Also, if it of helps any, I've started using duolingo before bed. It gives just enough for the brain to chew on as a distraction. Another idea is journaling to get out any thoughts that are rattling around and revisit at a later time, if necessary. Best wishes for a good night's sleep.

I realized that, back when I drank, what I enjoyed about it was precisely that it silenced of the mind. Of course, that wasn't a healthy longterm solution. Still figuring it out, but I wish you peaceful sleep.
