There are a lot of things. It’s largely about your sleep hygiene. Making sure you get enough cardio during the day to take some of your energy and help you quiet your brain. No caffeine. Turn off electronics, etc.

A repair shop has a gizmo the can plug into the car to keep things powered while the battery is unhooked and replaced. That keeps your presses from disappearing.

Easy to replace yourself. Have fun!

Sometimes the price difference gets you s better quality battery. More starting power, works better in cold weather than other batteries, has a longer life in use, etc.

Changing it is easy. You may lose the presets on your radio, and other electronic things built into the car.

Or lots of salt. Or shallots.
