I think he will go with Pope, loyalty is key to Eddie, to a fault and it looks like he is doing his best to try and restore Pope the keeper he was pre-injury, not sure I would do the same here, but then I'm not the manager (yet!) 😀

Arsenal strengthened very well during the last window, if they don't get hit by injuries again it's hard to see past them for the League and maybe the UCL too, fair enough

I think there is no option, perhaps Eddie was hoping Pope would return to the form he had before his injury, clearly that hasn't happened, seems more mental with Pope, the pressure from many factors impacting his decision making and overall play, still flashes of skill but not good enough now

Didn't he get injured after signing whilst on international duty? That can't be pinned on the recruitment team, he was fit and passed our medical when he joined then got crocked

It is only unrealistic expectations and impatience from some fans, overall our trajectory is positive since the takeover, cup win, UCL qualification, progress is rarely linear, this season for various reasons our away league form has suffered, but I don't see us as being in trouble or in a bad state

My concern is how can we ever know if the list has been amended? Doctored to remove people who do not want to be linked. The delay in the release makes me think that they have been altering the information to give a 'sanitized' version

It can be frustrating but AI is still improving, over time we should see a reduction in inaccuracies as more data is collected and utilized

Overall our trajectory is good, progress is rarely linear and there will be some dips along the way, I think most rational fans understand this, still early for Isak at Liverpool although we have all seen players who were prolific at one club and flop at another, and vice-versa, funny old game.....
