The fact that all DMTs come with some major downside that could negatively affect your life in ways that make daily life uncomfortable (headache, nausea, itchiness, etc.) or add persistant, existential fear (Will I get malignant cancer? Will I develop PML? Will my liver fail? Will I lose my vision?)
