This was back in 2013. I'm not sure how this spot fares now, but the ring road around Apache Mall in Rochester was a mess today, like those Oslo buses in a roundabout, except a mile around

The later version of the Crown Vic is the one, though.

This looks a bit closer to me than the Crown Vic, though it's hard to tell due to the photo resolution in the paper. Same Ford Panther platform for both cars, it looks like
