Funny enough I attempted to slow cook a pork loin and ended up drying it out, bit it was my own damn fault because my doubt got to me and I deviated from instructions. Those are just the consequences. Lesson learned and mistakes I will avoid in the future

So interesting update, I ended up going to an urgent care (unrelated) but while talking to the doctor he randomly asked me if I had NF, notating that he had noticed my tumors, and that the last time he had seen a case of it he was 10yrs ago in Thailand. A bit rare I guess.
