Don't you find it interesting that this describes 2 different conditions. Female pseudohermaphroditism and male pseudohermaphroditism. So the doctors can confirm which sex these people are, even if they have some parts which resemble something else.

If they are menstruating, they must be female. They never produce sperm. A body cannot produce both large and small gametes.
