This thread about people showing up at the Surprise, AZ council meeting to oppose the recent DHS purchase of a warehouse to use as a camp is worthwhile reading. This guy’s comments are wonderful.
Highlighting the speaker who stood in front of the Surprise mayor and told him to consider what the Mayor of Ohrdruf must’ve thought before he died by suicide: “He might have thought ‘how is this my fault I had no jurisdiction over this’ maybe he said ‘this site was not subject to local zoning.’”

The entire press corps should walk out, not come back, & we simply shouldn’t tolerate this.

Months of “Joe Biden won’t do a press conference.” A nonstop national story. Same with Harris in Aug/Sep 2024 & interviews. Trump does this stuff & everyone shrugs. It’s appalling.

TRUMP: You are so bad. You are the worst report. No wonder CNN has no ratings. She's a young woman. I don't think I've ever seen you smile. They should be ashamed of you.

Dr Oz: "Minnesota expected to spend $3 million for autism. It's now $400 million. Why? Because everybody in the community signed their kids up as though they're autistic. Why? You're paying them. These moms literally took bribes to lie that their kids had autism."

Fucking surreal that people dressed like this and carrying assault rifles are permitted to kidnap people off our streets

Trump says this stuff surrounded by Republican leaders in Congress who are clutching the new MAGA merch he gave them. They love it. Shameful.

I do love that people are doing this. I contrast this with Scottsdale recently canceling a roundabout project because it was too woke or something.
Some in South Minneapolis have created what they call “filter blockades” on Cedar Ave. A handout says the roundabout like blockade is meant to bring neighbors together to strategize against ICE while also identifying traffic coming into the area.

This is the business in Uptown that got randomly tear-gassed by ICE a few weeks ago. Guess they didn’t like it
Large banner hangs over a building at Lake Street and Lyndale Avenue on a snowy morning.

It reads "ICE OUT OF MN" "FOR GOOD" with the names of those killed by federal agents.

This is how authoritarian narratives work you smear the victim, praise the armed agent, and ignore the killing. No video justifies an execution. No insult erases due process. This is propaganda, not accountability.

The arrests of journalists Don Lemon and Georgia Fort are a test for every MSM member with a platform. If you are not voicing your outrage at this blatant violation of the First Amendment, you are utterly discredited as a journalist.

the arrest of journalists in minneapolis, including don lemon, is more evidence that the only move the administration knows how to make is to use force, and does not know how to respond when that force is met with defiance and indifference.
