Just off another user interview. It's amazing when you get thanked multiple times for creating such a useful framework, but then also completely bashed for all the stuff which doesn't work as it should.

Can I ask an LLM to show me all the non-team meetings I had in the last e.g. two weeks?

What's the easiest way to do it, GCal MCP?

"Rapid framework for saas that keeps all in line and let's you achieve your dreams." - @WaspLang user, recent interview

A full day of work on growth strategy for Wasp today. Building a new framework is incredibly fun, but it's only 50% of the work.

If no one knows about what you're building and can't get excited about it, then what you build doesn't matter at all.

In recent user interviews, we're seeing an interesting pattern: Wasp is used by developers who don't primarily work in JS. They come from Java, Python, etc.

To them, the whole ecosystem sounds scary and complicated. They want something that just works.

What's the best tiling manager for Mac? I used XMonad in my Arch days and loved it.

My brother and I invented a new programming language for web development. It got trending on HackerNews and we raised $5M.

Five years later, I admit it was a mistake. A new, custom language is scary + IDE support is a real PITA.

Here’s the full story and what's coming next:

From one framework creator to another, huge congrats to @bunjavascript on the acquisition.

Creating a new framework from scratch and getting it adopted is probably one of the hardest (also most rewarding) things a programmer can do.

Just spoke to a founder who built a whole AI-powered SaaS from scratch with Wasp and got 300 users even before officially launching it.

Here's a little hack for standing more at my desk:

Every time I raise it to a standing position, I go behind it and unplug it from the outlet.

This way, if I feel like sitting, I have to go through the hassle of plugging it back in. Most of the time, I just end up standing.

Just wanted to say out loud that @useTRMNL is an extremely cool team.

They sponsored our recent Design-AI-Thon at @WaspLang and went above and beyond to deliver rewards to winners.

Sprint planning today. It's kinda become a "ritual" at Wasp and feels like we're taking a moment to step back, dust off, and get ready for another round.

I used to think about it as a boring SCRUM thing. But now it's become this moment of excitement of what we're going to ship.

Who's the most talented designer you know? We're looking to put a fresh coat of paint on this old hag as we close in to 1.0.

Back to the drawing board. After four years of building, we're doing full-scale user interviews again.

So many folks started using Wasp lately and we realized we need to understand better what drove them to it.

If you're building with Wasp / Open SaaS, send me a DM. I'd love to chat.

The reason so many developers use AI for their work isn't because they are more productive. It's simply because they're bored.

[the same goes for frameworks]
