R4 is a huge enabler of this problem at present. We really have to think about the capability and willingness of Robinson, Webb and Mason as people equipped to deal, in good faith, with political discussion and analysis.

Repeat after me. IHT is not unfair. You didn’t earn the money, someone else did. You got unearned income. You get taxed on it, but really lightly unlike earned income. That’s the state being really nice to you. Is this hard to understand?
