Are there any studies that look at immigration concern correlated to resource availability? Maybe I'm asking the wrong thread, but if crime goes up when the economy goes down... Doesn't that mean they could be tied to resources ("economy") and not immigration = crime.

Yes I did. I understand that services cost money and if we're not willing to densify our neighbourhoods much much more and reduce sprawl then we'll all be paying more money.
