How many #migrants die en route to the #CanaryIslands? In an article, IMIS- & #SFB1604 member @mauricestierl.bsky.social and @msdionis.bsky.social analyze data collection practices and contradictory numbers. They demonstrate that the data has practical consequences and produces multiple realities.
