Bonfire night in Leicester UK as you can see Bear is totally immune ( thankfully ) to the pop/bangs outside 🙂

At times I didn’t have the strength to read or listen to music I needed instant company, the reassurance of others voices but that of course was just me. Go well 🏴

Thinking of you Peter. From my own experience(s) of long term recovery and accompanying isolation I played round with pods and relaxed into long form tv dramas which I found allowed me to switch off or literally put me to sleep during the day. Best wishes xx

If it’s any consolation I worry about very old taps which should surely be leaking anytime time soon (recurring concern past two years or so 🙂)
