As someone who gets these thoughts often myself, just know your brain is being a jerk to ya, and the feeling will pass in time.

Do you have a therapist or pysch doctor you can talk to? I have BPD and I have quite a bit of this happening myself. I'm medicated for it, doesn't make it go away entirely but it helps a lot. If nothing else a good friend to lend an ear for you to vent can help some as well.
