Today’s activities are linked to our number work. We are learning to recognise number words, practising our number formation and recognising numbers that are presented in different ways such as tally marks 😁

Today we read the short story "Not a stick" we then created out own uses for a stick. We had witches brooms, flower stems unicorn horns, surf boards and trucks.

One of our primary 1's has lost their school blazer. Could you please check that you have the correct blazer at home. It is labelled and we do have this spare one in school.

Today we were learning about rhyming words. We had to match pairs that rhyme and find the odd one out in a group. We have also been trying to spot rhyming words in stories. You could try this at home too 🙂
