No, that makes total sense. I think the definition of healthy differs from person to person and as our situations change. I've definitely had periods where online life was my primary source of validation. It's all a very fluid thing and what matters most is if it's working well for your life.

Yeah, I probably could've explored that in a little more detail bc it's not always simple. I think the root of it for me is using it to supplement my offline life, not as a substitute for. A boost on a bad day or a reminder of who I am, but not necessarily something my day hinges on, you know?
