Around the junction of Canal, Claiborne/freeway (the 10) there are these giant bollards lining road, two by two linked by heavy chains. Someone got sick of all the pennies they were carrying, and so dumped them all behind one... so I stacked them and took a pic. "Fuck the police" right across from/in the midst of the NOLA police headquarters Sunrise from under Broad st where it passes over the train tracks and the freeway (again, the 10) Blue sky in NOLA, from the same refuge under the Broad st. overpass

Need a distraction? "The font" supposedly points to a specific location on a map. IDK which characters the font refers to, either the symbols, or the actual words. Either way, it's a rabbit hole, so "buyer beware" lol

Rice pudding - Used oranges instead of raisins, and it turned out better than expected. Needs a little salt, and the nutmeg as well (used cinnamon)

The final product. The top crust has a nice orange-ish caramelized look The simple recipe: 1 1/2 cup cooked rice 1/4 cup raisins 2 large eggs 1 1/2 cup whole milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp nutmeg grease baking dish, add rice whip together wet ingredients and spice pour over rice bake @ 375F for 45-50 minutes (needs a small oven safe dish ~1 pint)
