And that despite having outwardly differing moral and political views they were all actually part of the same social group, and had a jolly old time at garden and dinner parties.

Yep, they are absolutely bloody great. I’m sure it’s wonderful if you can just do a park run and feel better but it doesn’t work for all of us.

I’m not sure Peston has had much interest in knowing details for quite some time. He’s long given the impression that he’s more interested in the ‘game’ of politics than he is in holding the powerful to account.
