is it just me or is it strange that the lake and the bunker are on literal opposite sides of the map
they could not be further apart but they still both seem extremely relevant to future chapters

not to mention as far as i know the lake is the only large body of water that appears in hometown which i think makes it a candidate for the in-universe source of the edited ocean pic thats the background of the fountains and the goner maker sequence

i mean it feels obvious saying it now n idk if people have already brought it up before but considering onion and susies comments by the lake im thinkin the lost girl theme is most likely the song that they hear and well get more about that connection in future chapters

more specifically i watched the water theory vid by shinylugia on yt and simultaneously remembered the lyrics of raise up your bat "your heart as my mark which will guide you the way through the waves"
