I feel you there. Since my schedule changed and I’m not streaming as often anymore my numbers have also taken a hit. It’s hard sometimes streaming to a quiet chat.

But then again I try to appreciate the people that do show up and talk and when the conversation gets going it fills me with energy!

Not just that, but I am slowly able to tell that me losing weight is not only just visible on the scale!
