Reading some of these comments my thoughts are that these schools didn't need the staff, they just didn't want to do their own work...

That sounds like a very simple process.

And you will, every time 😂

Such sods aren't they, cats.
I hate and love ours.
Douchebags, both of them.

Well, that makes much more sense. It was always going to make more sense though than a limited 300 character post wasn't it 😂
Even as a leader, don't forget they're your summer holidays too though.

Although, having now sent that reply, that's probably not a sentence you're going to use but the idea behind what you present. So forgive me 😂

I'm not in a position of having to do that sort of work yet but as a member of teaching staff, the "but better" would annoy me.
How about "it's about consistently doing what we already do"?

Hope you don't mind my opinion 🙏

Okay, so a supply and demand type of situation driven by quality education.
That makes sense, I've just never considered it that way. I've always looked at good schools in good areas because of the type of people in society.
I do often have a naive outlook though so...

I've never heard this 😲
What does it mean?
If you're in a poorer area, less access to private?
Entry to that particular state school will be determined by postcode?

In true form it's lovely down south and miserable up north 😂
Lashing it down here with a sky so dark you'd think it was 4am.

I think it's the way that Bluesky is similar to what we originally signed up to with Twitter.

My feed on X nowadays is promoted content. It feels more like Facebook.

We've just switched from SIMS to Bromcom. Cloud based is great until the start of a lesson and everyone tries to use it and it goes slow because of basic traffic issues.

I'm sure we're all guilty of it when we first start. I know I was.
Those that listen to the feedback thrive and it's great to see them develop.
