But the feelings are real as are the people involved.
Respecting yourself as much as everyone involved as much as you are going to know them is the basis for any version of non monogamy, especially for those of us with emotional issues around intimacy.

Then you can be happy for them to see however many people they are comfortable seeing, I really believe envy is a redundant emotion and jealousy should purely be seen as looking at something you aspire towards, then once you recognise this, you may be able to work it into mutually shared kinks...

You know eachother well enough you will find it easier to give people a chance and understand them and respect what's going on.
Then in time, you will still be bothered by things but be able to deal with them on your own because you trust eachother and in turn whoever else gets involved....
