So thanks for PROVING AGAIN you don't know what you're talking about.

I'm pointing out the politics of bypassing Harris with the Democrats' most significant voting bloc. I mean, it's like you're being paid to get this stuff wrong.
November 26, 2025 at 10:13 PM
I'm making NOTHING up. You are, though.

You didn't say anything about it because you have ZERO input on what a "democratic process" would look like a month before the convention and 3 months before the general- when state ballots have to be approved and printed.
November 26, 2025 at 10:12 PM
Harris was picked by Biden and affirmed by the party the next month at the convention. Thanks for constantly getting this wrong.
November 26, 2025 at 10:10 PM
When you vote for the sitting president in a primary, you're affirming the VP as well. Thanks for blowing it on that.

LBJ took himself out in 1968. He pointed to his VP taking his place and the party agreed (I'm skipping a lot of details but the precedent was established).
November 26, 2025 at 10:10 PM
First off, his speeches after that showed his speech had suffered but there weren't signs of mental decline like with Trump.

I said AFTER THE PRIMARIES. You keep proving that you DON'T KNOW what you're talking about- thanks for helping me out! 😀

Just stop when you're this far behind.
November 26, 2025 at 10:07 PM
Defeated troll boy says what?
November 26, 2025 at 10:06 PM
You're talking about Trump.
November 26, 2025 at 8:09 PM
It's called the law, troll boy.
November 26, 2025 at 8:08 PM
Provide evidence. Oh, you have none. Owned.
November 26, 2025 at 8:07 PM
Your trolling sucks, dude. Get a new hobby.
November 26, 2025 at 8:06 PM
4/ Also, anyone ignoring the politics of not having the first African/Asian American woman as VP being passed over for some process knows nothing about the Democratic party. Black women are the strongest supporters of the Dems and would have been furious.
November 26, 2025 at 8:05 PM
3/ First part- you can't argue that it's not kosher to not have a primary but then say that a convention-based selection process is the remedy. That would have been more skewed than what existed, because at least Dem voters all chose Biden over those that did run. That extended to Harris.
November 26, 2025 at 8:03 PM
2/ That's NORMAL for a sitting president, BTW. All normal.

When the "Dems" decided that Biden was too unpopular, after the primaries, to stay on the top of the ticket, the precedence of the sitting VP moving to the top of the ticket had already been set (1968).

This made complete sense. cont
November 26, 2025 at 8:01 PM
Look, you really like proving that you don't understand politics enough to discuss it.

Biden decided he wanted to run again, and/or heads of the Dem party were concerned that 2020 was too close and that Biden was a better bet than anyone else. So when he ran the primaries were perfunctory. cont
November 26, 2025 at 7:59 PM
It's a lot more red than blue. That's evident.

Note that the Dem base doesn't care who is outed while the GOP/MAGA base seems to care. The reason that the MAGA base wanted this was because they (wrongly) believed it was all or mostly Dems.
November 26, 2025 at 7:56 PM
Except that's false.

When Biden was in the White House there was a real open case (Maxwell) that prevented the release of them.

Now the Trump White House is making up cases to block it.

No comparison between the two.
November 26, 2025 at 7:55 PM
No, you don't.

Yes, the Dem Senators that wanted to re-open the govt. for reasons sorted it so that the ones that voted for it were less vulnerable.

NO, they were not about to get the ACA funding back. That's delusional.
November 26, 2025 at 7:53 PM
It's not about what I'm willing to accept.

It's about all the people that voted for Trump or didn't vote for her. This is 100% on them, whether they accept it or not.

When the other choice is Trump & Project 2025, no one has an excuse not to vote for her. None, nada.
November 26, 2025 at 7:52 PM
No one in the Trump administration wants them released.

Fixed it for you.
November 26, 2025 at 5:55 AM
Mike Johnson is facing a lose-lose scenario-

- give Trump what he wants and undermine 15 years of GOP policy & talking points.

or

- don't have the vote, and watch the GOP blamed for ACA costs and lose the House.

I can't see why you guys can't see this. 🤔
November 26, 2025 at 5:53 AM
You don't know what you're talking about.

The minority party is in no position to get that. And Hakeem kept all the House Dems together- this was 5 Senate Dems breaking.

Oh, this is going to scorch the GOP and everyone can see it's their fault.
November 26, 2025 at 5:51 AM
1. That was the 2020 primary where everyone but Biden dropped out at the end. Like Gore did in 1992 and Biden did in 2008. Same old thing.

2. There was no other choice, and I'm not having it from anyone who pretends otherwise.
November 26, 2025 at 5:46 AM
That damns the MAGA cult members. Also, there is NO excuse for anyone else voting for Trump. Unless they are white nationalists, Christian nationalists, or foreign tyrants. Then it at least makes sense.
November 26, 2025 at 5:45 AM
Not having a primary is small potatoes when the other candidate is a racist fascist felon in the grips of dementia.
