Every flashbang could instead be a meal for a poor kid. Every hotel room for a National Guardsman deployed to fire at our neighbors could house a homeless vet. Every "less-than-lethal" bullet pulled from a journalist's eye could be already needed healthcare for anyone else. All of this is a choice.

A child died of Measles in Texas. Several others are suffering in hospitals. From an entirely, easily preventable disease that should have been eradicated here! For fuck's sake. We now have an antivaxer dipshit in charge and damn if I don't want to watch this trainwreck. Just needed to vent.

He just tried to silence our health research scientists. Cue the propaganda machine and pray the diseases away. Your fucked either way. Look to other countries to advance health care initiatives/cures. Cutting funding = brain drain.
