a professional controlled performance. If it was a ‘normal’ season and we played like that away from home we would be ok with it too. Depleted squad, no real form, lots of ‘noise’, away to a good team - we can’t really complain about anything tonight.

I am still hopeful we are going to mirror City of last season. I am an eternal optimist it has to be noted.

Aus has some bad things - like all countries- BUT one benefit is the ease to watch LFC. One sub for PL , FACup and CL and one other for League cup.

Yes but they all were great - a real real team performance and to think some ‘fans’ really did want Slot out. A blip is not season defining
