Kids used to die from getting stuck inside old freezers left in landfills, lots, etc. Capitalists testified to Congress "there's nothing we can do". Congress said "F U, fix it", and passed laws and it got fixed. Capitalists need regs, they'll kill their customers, employees, bystanders, etc.
