• bus different sources to multiple outputs

• set up pedal hat and crash cymbal chokes so the cymbals don't keep ringing out

• design a GUI (honestly stoked for this)

Progress so far:

✅ Sliced up and exported individual samples

✅ Assigned all samples to MIDI notes (based on GM standard MIDI drum map)

✅ Set up velocity thresholds and round robin playback for different samples

✅ Set up different groups for drum close mics, overheads, and room mics

No shakers, but it will have a cymbal stack with a tambourine on it 😂

I might! The instrument itself would only be a Logic thing though. One of my reasons for doing this is I don't wanna have to deal with Kontact 😅
