Voting rights are laid out in the 12th, 15th, 19th, 24th and 28th Amendments to the Constitution.
The 22nd Amendment states that no one can serve no more than 2 terms as President - total.

Today the Supreme Court cleared the way for the federal government to transfer thousands of acres of national forestland including a Native American sacred site, to Resolution Copper a mining company owned by Rio Tinto and BHP.
