Fortunately there are workarounds, so an immediate fix isn't needed, but I and many others would probably be very thankful if this could be looked into. Thank you for your time :)

The result is that newly non-empty sections will not be compiled. Vanilla never does this, but servers will often send chunk packets like this to efficiently update blocks. WorldEdit would probably be the most affected

Hi gegy, I did notice something while poking around with the new "loaded empty sections" system in the occlusion graph. When sending a chunk packet for a chunk that is already loaded, the loaded empty sections are not updated and onSectionBecomingNonEmpty is never called 1/2
