This situation is dire enough that I'm considering pawning my own belongings and attempting to sell plasma again. If you cannot help us directly, please share. Anything helps.

I am also disabled but able to work, & I am already helping in as much as I'm able, but I'm already stretched thin. I interviewed for a better paying job last week but I'm still waiting to hear back from them on the hiring process. In the meantime I'm going to pick up extra hours at my current job.

My partner is disabled & unable to work. Her mother is elderly & disabled. They live off of mom's SSI, food stamps, rental assistance, etc. They can't afford this abrupt charge & it was also something they could not fight back on. My partner is willing to provide proof as necessary.

I hope someone, somewhere is able to help! Either way, just floating this out there, if it's sentimental enough to you there are artists who could turn this big fragment into jewelry! Imagine a pair of earrings with two cut-out cat faces!
