Needs to be clearer that mass transit systems are public infrastructure, like roads. There's no more reason for them to have user fees than there is for roads to do so. All the funding model needs to do is make them sustainable, not profitable. Their ROI comes in all the activities they support.

I think I understand why #NewBedford city government is immune to and fails to address the constant stench of sewer in the city;
They never come down off of the hill that downtown is built on.
Maybe if they got out of their cars and walked around the city they work for and serve they would notice.

#Mapoli Our Speaker and Senate President have tremendous power. There are no term limits so they decide who gets on committees/gets more money/influence. They could easily pass legislation to protect our state from masked strangers kidnapping residents. Bully them to do it before it's too late.
