Funny, I thought only congress had the power to declare war.

Since when does one man get to declare war on another country? I was under the impression that only congress had that power.

The one good thing about it is that each of us now knows who, among our friends, acquaintances, business associates etc, they are. They can no longer hide in the shadows. And we should treat them accordingly.
