This is SO CUTE. I'm just picturing little Zite finding this book from the early 1800's and being like 'yes, this is the defining moment of my life'.
I have to admit that I've read a lot of classics but not this one, and now I feel I need to.

Man, so many options. If you picked a new animal, I'd love to see kakapos! They are already so round and are fun shades of mossy green that I think could translate well to a plush. Also, the grumpy purple tiger!
