If you live in more populated areas, there are most likely clubs that are woman or LGBT+ focused, and will potentially be better environments to learn to exercise your second ammendment rights.

Highly recommend an Instant Pot. Reliable and easy. Start with simpler recipes and follow them to a T until you feel comfortable riffing. I've had to re-learn how to cook as I've gotten older and it hasn't been fun, but it's been useful!
