Humanitarian aid is a relatively small portion of total Overseas Development Assistance (ODA).

In 2023, 🇺🇸 spent $66 billion on ODA. $17 billion of this was 🇺🇦 alone. Another $20 billion or more was for MDBs and UN agencies. For example, US contribution to WFP in 2023 alone was $3 billion.
