Like, I get it I am used to chopping up sizeable animals, but really there is no reason for the average person to try and roast a 16 pound bird

Just salt, pepper and a little bit of sage rubbed on all sides of that front quarter and in 2 hours you have non cardboard tasty turkey

I got a free turkey at the store today. Gonna thaw it, chop off the drumsticks and wings, quarter the rest then just roast 1 breast on Thursday.
