Megan is her correctly spelled name.

"Megyn" her pronoun.

Who prospers under what regime?

if Juan is not doing anything in Mexico, and can be productive in the US, everyone prospers by having Juan come.

However - if Juan at $5 displaces John at $15, then the farmer, the consumer and Juan prospers and John doesn't..

John votes. Juan doesn't.

Ahh, yeah, good idea.

Aren't the bsky people the kind of AI/crypto Ayan Rand adjacent weirdos who'd instantly use the art to train their precious model?

I realize they will do so regardless of where the art is hosted, but sending it straight to the bsky people would be doing them a favor they do not deserve.

Well, that might have been a hit with game-engine users/coders :)

It's warning against using a very large and strong man for this experiment.

Now they do explain that it's easier to do surgery on a large body (this is probably not true in the real world).

If you're going to reanimate, use a small corpse. Perhaps don't attach the arms / legs.

Run a beta first.

Any other combination of those letters and they would have never had any success.

Baba? Baab? Abab?

Melania understands this I think. She no longer needs to let Donald duck her, and now she wears nice clothes and looks sour all the time (except when a handsome man gives her a kiss).

People who hate him have no leverage. They already are not voting for him.

Yeah, but to gamble on OpenAI... So the money keeps the bubble floating for now.

Also, check out softbanks stock performance. It's vertical.

They're basically version 2.0 of Google search and Stack Overflow.

People - who do not code real apps -underestimate the work that is interpretation and definition of the _actual_ problems to solve.

It's rarely the CRUD work that eats hours.

Wasn't there some to trick where you'd serve up a zipped payload that expands to some absurd size?

You're forgetting about the hedonic value of eating a meal under a senile and confused president vs a senile and sociopathic one.

Once you factor that in, the numbers balance.

He's not getting $900bn in cash. He's getting shares, and only if he can pump the TSLA stock price (which he probably can).

Tesla shareholders are cult members and will drink financial poison for their leader.

And it looks as if they emptied the punchbowl just now.

I was not prepared for this take.

I used to love that song, Civil War too, but I haven't had any desire to listen to those songs for at least 20 years.

Perhaps it was slop all along and I just matured.

"they rigged the election" the voice whispered, "they all love you - everyone you talk to says so".

That has to be it, he answered the voice.

Next time, we need to make sure that no wrong votes are allowed to be cast.

Happy that he found the answer, he returned to powdering his face.

It's a weird thing how we can agree on 90% of everything, but then kill each other over the last 10.

Not saying people shouldn't fight the inevitable; slowing down the dismantling of the nation by protesting and electing people with an IQ > 80 is always a good thing.

But the tide has turned, and so the fight is to minimize the destruction it leaves behind.
