The white smooth berry ones are mistletoe. It can also have red berries but it needs to have smooth leaves like it's cousin.
Holly is the red berry plant with spiky leaves. Both are bad to eat and can make you very very sick.

Its hard for me to do it, but i find writing emotions, thoughts and feelings down. or changing the 'I dont deserve' feelings to, "I deserve" out loud If they are negative to a positive helps a little.
Write a journal, a book that will never be published, or small poetry even if you arent good at it.
