The only word I can use to describe the #zine rabbit hole I went down tonight is euphoric. History of #zines, zine tutorials, zine culture, everything. It was so powerful that I stopped what I was doing and made a zine. I am alive

Italic Type have been gaining some traction this year but the #booksky and #booktok communities are really supportive of new options in the space so I just wanted to shout them out! I would totally try them out if you haven’t, and also try StoryGraph! I signed up for both and have never looked back

You can have different “shelves” for your books on Italic Type, and you can “pause” and “archive” books, too. My favorite feature is each book’s Book Board where I can collect thoughts on what I read and note quotes. It’s such a nice design #booksky #booktok 2/3

May I recommend that #booksky and #booktok folks also try out Italic Type as they explore alternatives to Goodreads? I love StoryGraph! I just these two apps for different things! Italic Type has a delicious design experience to me and I love it so much I became a paid member last year. 1/3
