NOT obeying illegal orders is part of the military code. Military personnel take an oath to obey the rule of law & the Constitution. NOT #PrezPedoTrump. Exactly as Gen. Mark Milley stated in 2023 or 24, I believe.

Just a reminder to all Defense Force members, if you commit a crime and you are prosecuted, “I was just obeying orders” will not be an acceptable defense if it was an illegal order.
You are expected to know the Constitution that you’ve sworn to protect.
