That seems true as well. I've noticed aspects of my world view seemingly more amplified in millennials. Like having a more profound experience and knowledge that the system/systems we live within being bullshit, so why should we participate. It makes since Gen Z would amplify this attitude further.

I'm guessing it's more of the latter.Perhaps those of the younger generations who have grown up with devices are so used to interactions playing out internally for them, that they have an inertial pattern of responding internally rather than responding externally.

Yep. It's curious. Even when I say, "Hey, how's it going?", there often is no response.
