The Trump administration DOJ, FBI, CBP, ICE has been so infiltrated by lawless, corrupt, incompetent people that it will take a long time to rebuild any trust those agencies have with citizen/grand jury.

It got to be fairly accurate in recognizing a person waking on pavement. any other situation it was useless.
