Completely agree. If you’re in a shop of back end specialists and insist they all use vanilla CSS, you’re doing the same thing as walking into a front end heavy environment and singing the gospel of Emotion (does Emotion still exist?)

In my own experience the thing that makes migrating from tailwind to semantic CSS so difficult is usually cultural. Tailwind shops tend to be full of people who decided CSS is “bad” and are very resistant to changing that perspective.
