Despite her undeniably infectious enthusiasm, Winifred’s critical misunderstanding of the “Biggest Pumpkin” contest did end up getting her (and her creation) disqualified.

27. SHARK - #VividShadows 2025

Special Agent Lovewell was hesitant at first when trying out her new aquatic form. She shouldn’t have worried... when the changes were complete, the splicing compound had turned her into the single fastest creature in the ocean.

After seizing power, Moon Queen Vittorja led the nation of Syczere to victory after military victory. For the battles where she participated in her full lupine form, she ordered the construction of a colossal version of her war-hammer Sunfall.

The Homunculus Knights are the single greatest war machine ever devised by the Alchemist Lords of Myrthain. Their only fault is their tendency to grow increasingly unstable over time, requiring frequent maintenance by the Masked Sisters.

Full story: The Homunculus Knights are the single greatest war machine ever devised by the Alchemist Lords of Myrthain. They tower over the battlefield, clad in their suits of nigh-impenetrable blacksteel plate. One single knight is often enough to turn the tide of an entire campaign. Their only fault is their tendency to grow increasingly unstable over time. The more years they’ve spent outside of the flesh vats, the more frequently they require maintanance from the Masked Sisters. Balancing the humours of a Homunculus Knight is a demanding process, the details of which are kept highly secret by their order. -- An illustration of a giant pallid humanoid figure in black plate armor being tended to by nuns in plague doctor masks.
