Not even the thin end of the wedge, a concerted effort to misinterpret the Equality Act to discriminate against trans women in particular. I don’t think it’s a stretch to consider ‘first they came for…’ any communities that the right can ideologically target: women, LGBTQ+, the disabled, refugees.
