That’s the whole point of this conversation! The sudden shift in guidance to accommodate one type of activity - I get it if you think it was worth it, but other outdoor activities with groups of pretty much any size were discouraged at the time

The issue was the rapid about face for only these protests - other mass gatherings even outdoors were widely discouraged - in state parks in my state at this time you couldnt even sit at a picnic table with your immediate family
