I agree. I would hate to ruin it all, by trying to doctor it myself without knowing how it was previously processed.

Growing up in the early 60's, I would spend summers at the lake, with my Nana. One of the big "treats" was to have watercress sandwiches for lunch. That meant I was sent into the ditch, to pick enough for lunch. I think I liked doing that, as I could play with the polliwogs at the same time!
