What are your thoughts on giving the permanent SC states a veto over where Irish troops are deployed? I really don’t see that as either sovereign or neutral.

Indeed, I’d go further and say it is a disgrace that deployment of sovereign Irish troops is in the hands of the UN permanent security council. No sovereign or for that matter neutral country allows foreign power determine where their defence forces can be deployed.
